CLUB DEVELOPMENT CENTER (CDC)

The CDC is for ALL players of ALL levels in the categories U4 (2021) to U7 (2018). The mission of our program is to train these members of the club and to ensure that each player is able to develop their technical skills in a healthy and fun environment. Objectives U4 to U7

  • Technique: Introduction to basic techniques (passing, dribbling, shooting, ball control).
  • Tactics: No tactics are taught in these age categories.
  • Physical: Provide an environment conducive to developing basic physical skills.
  • Social: Strengthen children's confidence in playing soccer and promote the development of relationships with their teammates.
  • Mental: Encourage and value each child to boost their confidence.

Start: May 10, 2025    End: August 23, 2025 

 

The affiliation and administration fees of $50 are included in the prices listed above and are non-refundable as of May 1st of the current year. The prices apply to registrations completed before April 1st. After this date, a $20 fee will be added to the registration, and the early fees will no longer be in effect.

 What is included in your registration?

  • Complete Uniform: Includes a jersey, shorts, socks, and a ball. Players in the U4, U5, and U6 (Timbits) categories only need to return the jersey at the end of the season.

  • Participation Medal: Each player will receive a participation medal.

  • Duration and Schedule of Activities: 14 weeks of activities, including matches. Technical activities take place on Saturday mornings for all categories. From U5 onwards, matches (2 x 20 minutes) will be held during the week. The schedule will be published online and sent to parents before the season starts. Matches will be held at various fields in the city of St-Hubert. There will be no activities during Quebec's National Holiday (June 24) and the construction holiday (July 20 to August 2).

  • Training Plan: An annual training plan will be sent to each parent, detailing the training sessions. Each Saturday, sessions will include 2 to 3 varied exercises and a mini-match between players on the same team.

  • Photo Session: On Saturday, June 7, an external company will come for a photo session of the children and their respective teams. The day will be organized in the form of matches to facilitate the schedule. More details to come.

Volunteering: Each team needs parent volunteers for team management. If you are interested, please send your name to [email protected] or sign up online. There is no fee to become a coach.

Team Formation: Teams are formed randomly due to the large number of new players, which may result in differences in team levels. We cannot fully control the composition of teams under these conditions. Evaluations are only conducted starting from the U8 category to promote better cohesion. Once teams are formed, no changes will be made. *If registrations for the U5 and U6 girls' categories are insufficient, a merger may be considered to make the season more engaging and enjoyable for the players. In this case, both categories will follow the U5 girls' schedule.

Required Equipment: Children must wear shin guards and appropriate soccer shoes (with cleats) for each session. These items are not provided by the club and must be purchased by the parents.

New Players: If your child has never participated in a soccer club, they must be registered as a new participant on the platform.

  • Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)

Instructions for E-Transfer:

  1. Send your transfer to the following email address: [email protected].
  2. In the security question field, enter: CS St-Hubert.
  3. For the password, use: Spatial.
  4. In the comment section, if possible, include the player’s name.

Important Notes:

  • A $20 late fee will be applied to registrations made after March 31.
  • Payment must be completed by May 1. Registrations that are not paid by this date will not receive further information.

Refund Policy

REGISTRATION FOR THE summer PERIOD will begin on february 1st.

Modifications

CS St-Hubert reserves the right to cancel or modify any activity (including location, schedule, number of sessions, and fees) if there is an insufficient number of participants or volunteers, or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, members will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs before the season starts. No refunds will be issued for practice sessions canceled due to circumstances beyond the club's control.

Refund requests resulting from corrections to inaccurate information provided at registration will incur system fees. No refunds will be granted to players deemed ineligible due to false or incorrect information once the season has begun. It is the responsibility of the participant, parent, guardian, or the player themselves to ensure all information provided is accurate. By completing the registration, you confirm the details submitted are correct and acknowledge the consequences of providing false or inaccurate information.
