Reimbursement policy Winter

WINTER:

As of October 1st of the current year from the start of the activities, the season is declared as official and the following policies will apply to the CDC and FUTSAL programs.

• U4 to U8, A full refund excluding a $50 fee for affiliation and administration fees issued by Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec, Association de Soccer de la Rive-sud, as well as those of the club, will be granted before the start of the 3rd week of activity.
• U9 to U14, A full refund excluding a $75 fee for affiliation and administration fees issued by Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec, Association de Soccer de la Rive-sud, as well as those of the club, will be granted before the start of the 3rd week of activity.

• A 50% refund be granted after the 3rd week of activity and prior to December 1st of the current year. 
• As of December 1st, the consumer protection law will be applied, see this link, excluding the required team and player fees for the current program.

Please note that if a player, parent, or member of the club is suspended for disciplinary reasons or violation of Club and/or League rules and policies, no refunds or credits will be issued. Any player, parent or member summoned for a hearing before the discipline committee and found guilty will be charged the amount of $125 for the hearing and suspended until payment is made.

CS St-Hubert reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity (location, schedule, number of classes and price) if the number of participants or volunteers is insufficient or if an unforeseen event occurs. In this case, members will be fully refunded, if the cancellation takes place before the start of the season.
