Reimbursement policy Winter
Winter Activities:
Starting from October 1st of the current year, the season is declared official and the following policies apply to CDC and FUTSAL programs:

Refund Before the 3rd Week of Activity:
- U4 to U6: A full refund will be granted minus a $50 fee for affiliation and administration costs incurred by Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec, the Association de Soccer de la Rive-Sud, and the club, before the start of the 3rd week of activities.
- U7 to U16: A full refund will be granted, minus a $75 fee for the same affiliations,before the start of the 3rd week of activities.

Refund After the 3rd Week of Activity and Before June 23:
- U4 to U6: A 50% refund will be issued, minus the $50 affiliation fee.
Example: If the fee is $255, the calculation is: Refund = (255 - 50) / 2 = $103 - U8 to U12: A 50% refund will be issued, minus the $75 affiliation fee.
Example: If the fee is $300, the calculation is: Refund = (300 - 75) / 2 = $123
- U4 to U6: A 50% refund will be issued, minus the $50 affiliation fee.

After December 1st Refunds:
After June 23, consumer protection laws will apply, excluding any fees charged for the ongoing program. The calculation of the refund is based on the following criteria:
REFUND CALCULATION
The refund will be calculated from the initial service amount, minus the following fixed fees:
- Affiliation Fees:
- U4 to U7: $50
- U8 to U12: $75
- Registration System Fees: 5% of the total amount paid
- Uniform Costs: $15 for uniforms received
- Pro-rated Cost for Activities: Based on the total number of weeks of activities occured
- Cancellation Penalty: 10% of the remaining balance or $50, whichever is lower

Please be aware that due to high demand during the peak registration season, which runs from September 15th to November 1st, processing refund requests may take up to 10 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period. Rest assured that our team is actively working to process all requests as quickly as possible.Disciplinary Actions
Please note that if a player, parent, or member of the club is suspended for disciplinary reasons or for violating Club and/or League rules and policies, no refunds or credits will be issued. Any player, parent, or member summoned for a hearing before the discipline committee, is found guilty and fined by the Soccer Québec discipline committee and will be required to pay the fine before being allowed to participate again.
Cancellation Rights
CS St-Hubert reserves the right to cancel or modify any activity (including location, schedule, number of classes, and pricing) if the number of participants or volunteers is insufficient or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, members will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs before the start of the season.
Refund Policy for Competitive players U12 and up during the winter session
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please direct your requests to either the administrative team at [email protected] or our Sporting Director at [email protected].
No refunds will be issued for players registered in the winter leagues through the ARSRS. By registering, players accept the responsibility to commit to their team for the entire season and to pay their fees.
